The tools and practices shared here are designed to support daily life in small, accessible ways. They are not prescriptions or requirements — simply options you can explore and adapt as needed.
Tools
Count every achievement, no matter how small.
Incorporate healthy eating and daily movement, even for short durations.
Practice healthy sleep hygiene.
Prioritize self care.
Sit with your feelings, observe them without engaging, become familiar with them, and learn from them.
Spend time in nature or just outdoors even for five minutes a day.
Practice mindfulness. Choose one moment of the day to just be present and enjoy that moment. Revisit how it made you feel as you're falling asleep.
Try meditation or spend a few minutes of the day listening to music which relaxes and inspires you.
Practice gratitude.
Keep a journal on your bedside table.
Connect with family and friends.
Reach out to your doctor and be a strong patient advocate for yourself.
Consider medication if appropriate.
