I’ve spent a lifetime grappling with various mental health disorders. Approximately ten years ago, I was diagnosed with Bipolar I Disorder. It is a life-changing disease. The truth is that I consider myself to be a warrior. I have been fighting for my life to defeat the crippling symptoms of this multi-systemic illness.
Here I share my personal battle. I also share the tools that I’ve acquired throughout my life to fight my way back from the abyss and maintain stable health and wellness for over 2 years. The most important being a “one-step-at-a-time” approach. Please take whatever resonates with you, and leave the rest.
